1. Cadogan Square
A two storey Grade II listed apartment on this historic garden square. We gained permission to remove all of the interior except for cornicing, after proving it was not original. We inserted a new staircase with a new hydraulic lift plus three bedrooms and three bathrooms. We complemented the first floor balcony and garden views by removing a lateral partition to open up the new reception room.
2. Drayton Gardens
A lateral refurbishment of a prestigious apartment. The works included a full refurbishment including besp[oke joinery and furniture and carefully adding extra bathroom facilities within a historic mansion block to create a three bedroom three bathroom property.
3. Egerton
Our client purchased a studio apartment next to his existing apartment to create a space for visitors. The brief included creating two bedrooms, with laundry, separate bathroom and large living and dining plus kitchen space. The design was innovative and created two bedrooms within an existing very small studio space. The design included bespoke furniture housing library and audio visual plus wardrobes with a hidden bed above. The second bedroom was created above the bathroom area.
